Questions about site reports

What goes in a site report?

Job ID, date, facility, rack, engineer, arrival and departure times, scope, work performed, exceptions, follow-ups and photos. Duration is calculated automatically.

Are photos uploaded?

No. Photos added via file input stay in your browser as object URLs. They are shown in the print view with captions and are never uploaded to any server.

Why no share link?

This tool is the exception to the share-link rule. Form contents are not put in the URL because reports contain customer details. A warning appears before leaving with unsaved data.

How is duration calculated?

Duration is departure minus arrival. If departure is earlier than arrival, it assumes the visit crossed midnight and adds 24 hours.
