My facility is not listed. Can you still attend?
Almost certainly. This directory covers the sites we are asked about most, not the limit of where we work. We are operator-neutral and our engineers attend whichever facility your equipment sits in, subject to being added to your authorised access list.
Are you affiliated with these operators?
No. DataOptix is an independent, vendor-neutral smart hands provider. We do not run facilities and have no commercial relationship with the operators named here. Listing a facility means our engineers can attend it under your authorisation.
How does access to a facility work?
Our engineers attend under your agreement with the operator, the same as any contractor you appoint. You add DataOptix to your authorised access list, and we work only within the scope of the request you raised.
How quickly can an engineer reach my cabinet?
Block-hour customers are dispatched on a 2-hour response SLA and pay-as-you-go requests on 4-hour. Having us pre-authorised on your access list makes more difference to real response time than anything else, because operator access lists take days to process.
