What do we get after the work is done?
A written close-out for every ticket with photographs of what was done. Installation and cabling work also comes with as-built documentation, and cabling certification results where links were tested.
Can you order cross-connects at this site?
Yes, where you have authorised us on your account with Telehouse. We handle the ordering, chase provisioning, then terminate and test the link when it is delivered.
